Pamela Costanzo, Labour and Employment Lawyer
I am a labour and employment lawyer. While attending law school at UBC, I spent summers working at a labour law firm and articled in labour law. I have practiced in labour law since my call to the BC Bar in 2007. Before attending law school, I worked in human resources. People’s jobs are of central importance in their lives, and my passion is helping to resolve workplace issues and returning people’s sense of security and job satisfaction.
My other passion is my family. I had my first child during law school and have worked hard to achieve a balance between a satisfying legal practice and an active family life. Our family is passionate about travel but we also have deep roots in the Lower Mainland, having been born and raised here. We spend much of our free time outdoors, and I spent several years as a Girl Guides leader helping young women learn to love camping and hiking.
