- Catalina Rodriguez has successfully mediated disputes amongst employees in highly emotionally charged situations related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code, as well as litigated workplace issues.
- Carmelle Dieleman is an associate roster member with Mediate BC. She obtained a Mediation and Conflict Management Certificate from Harvard Law School in 2025 and an LL.M. from the University of British Columbia in 2019. Drawing from her years practicing in private firms, government, and in-house settings, together with her prior experience as an adjudicator at WorkSafeBC and currently as a workplace investigator, she is passionate about using dialogue to resolve conflict and bring about positive change.
