about Naya

I empower my clients to understand their options and make the best decisions for them. What drives me is the sense of relief my clients feel when they know they can rely on me to advocate for them and resolve their workplace issues.

I practice in labour, employment, and human rights law, and I also conduct workplace investigations. I work with employers, unions, and employees to address workplace disputes and navigate complex legal issues.

Before joining Forte Workplace Law, I practiced at one of British Columbia’s leading regional workplace law firms and later at Canada’s largest national firm, advising primarily employer clients across sectors such as technology, natural resources, and retail. I have represented clients before labour arbitrators, the Employment Standards Branch, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. I regularly advise on employment contracts, workplace policies, and day-to-day compliance matters.

My passion for workplace law is rooted in my experience as a small business owner in the traffic control industry prior to law school. I understand firsthand how timely, practical, and accessible legal advice can transform workplaces and empower both individuals and organizations to make confident, informed decisions.
